A Week with Grandma and Grandpa! (Part 1)

The first day my parents arrived was Easton's birthday so we spent the day going to lunch and celebrating the birthday boy.

The next day was a beautiful day. We drove up north about an hour to a place called Helen, Georgia. We went last year and loved the little German town, so with my dad being German we had to take him. We tried to feed the bears again, but the place had closed down. Not surprising since the bear enclosures were a little depressing. We also had to stop by the Hansel and Gretel candy chocolate shop, which is so delicious, as well as get some boiled peanuts for my brother at one of those "side of the road" stores.

We then made our way to Ana Ruby Falls for a short, paved hike to the water falls. It was beautiful! One child insisted on being in the stroller the whole time and the other insisted on walking the the whole time. Can you tell which one was which?

Also, a certain little boy was extremely attached to his uncle the whole time, which was so adorable!

Our sequence of trying to get a semi-decent picture in front of the falls... That Easton sure is fiesty!
