Or as Jameson has been calling it "A-town"
So I guess it's safe to say it's officially official! We are moving to Atlanta, Georgia. I am actually really excited for this opportunity and change. I'm a little nervous with the baby coming and all, but still really excited. I know it will be crazy at first, but I've been hearing the same thing about Atlanta over and over again as we tell more people the news. It's usually "oh my gosh its so beautiful there" or "you guys are going to love it" or "its so green." The only negative I've heard is that it's really humid there, something I will definitely have to get use to.
We are going to miss our home here and all the friends we have here. Both our families live here too so that will be hard, but also a good excuse to come back and visit. Jameson left yesterday to go look for places for us to rent, get his license, and start working a little bit. We definitely miss him. It's only day two and already I'm bored. Haha Which is funny because I really have lots to do trying to pack stuff up here and there.

Anyway, here are a few things I am looking forward to doing once we get settled into Atlanta...
Stone Mountain
World's Largest Aquarium
Real seasons and weather with beautiful trees and scenery
Six Flags
Orlando (sometime in the farther future I'm sure)
And the one I'm most excited about... an east coast beach!!

Oh I really think we'll have to come visit now! I love the East Coast and am actually just a bit jealous of you, although I'll probably just stick to vacationing there not living.
ReplyDeleteWe would definitely love visitors!! There is so much to do there
ReplyDeleteLooks like so much fun! I have mixed feelings about this...I'm SO excited for you but on the other hand I feel like a missionary must when his parents move while he's on his mission...does that make sense? I'm with Nancy--can't wait to visit!
ReplyDeleteHey, you guys moved first Katie ;)
