My first name is trouble, my middle name is trouble and my last name is trouble! This little boy is trouble! He finds trouble and takes is with him everywhere he goes. He know it too! He climbs onto everything and gets into everything! When I tell him "No No!" he looks at me like I'm crazy and does it anyway. He will barely sit still long enough to accomplish anything before moving onto the next. He's the busiest busy body I've ever seen.
We went out to dinner last Saturday with my parents for my moms birthday and Easton was sitting in a high chair. He actually does pretty good in high chairs and will sit and not fuss if he has food in front of him. It was just particularly funny this time because even though Easton was sitting there he could not stop moving. He kept shaking his head back and forth or swinging his hands over and over again. My mom looked and me and asked me if he every really just sits still. I laughed and said no because I realized he really doesn't. He is ALWAYS moving, even if his body is stationary.
I always admire my friends and their babies who will sit still on their laps or snuggle while watching a movie or reading a book. For Easton I just think it's impossible. My next child will either follow suit from watching Easton or hopefully will just be calmer in nature. Let's hope for the 2nd one, otherwise trouble will turn into a family affair around here!

Oh Des, I know JUST how you feel, Kaleb is in constant motion :) I thought it was a boy thing, but i think Tenley is following his example, she is constantly squirming, especially when she is watching him be a maniac :)
ReplyDeleteThose pictures are SO funny! LOVE the one of him in the cabinet-he's so happy to be naughty! It reminds me of my nephew Patrick...my mom used to keep a photo album for each kid and Patrick was the only boy in the midst of 3 girls...all of his pictures looked like the above lol.
