Next stop on our Michigan trip was the Workmans- or the Hunterkmans as we like to call ourselves. We jumped right in to games nights and "cold ones" while watering our friendship "tree," which was definitely drowning by the time we left...
Our first adventure with the Workmans was touring Greenfield Village. My dad would have loved a place like this- Old Town, lots of history, model-T cars. We rode the train, played, saw Thomas the train, petted horses, saw Thomas Edison's house, and ate giant "small" ice cream cones.
The other part of our adventure included a Farmer's Market, complete with my first delicious food truck experience (Love those beignets!), church, and a backyard bbq complete with all the fixins' before we had to head home.
My favorite part of the trip was seeing our babies play together. Easton and Lexie whispering sweet nothings (their love language of poop, bum, and farts) into each other ears, Gavin asking "where Huck go?" and Zoey tagging along at every corner.

awwww love you guys. come back now please.
