Gavin these days

It has been a while since I've blogged so bear with me as I play catch up.

To start lets talk about our little Gavin.

He is 15 months old (3 more months til nursery!!)
His last check-up he was 25lbs and still in the 95% for his head.
He has 8 teeth-4 on top, 4 on bottom
Great sleeper still. I can still squeeze two naps out of him and 12 hours at night! Makes momma very happy!
He is very vocal these days and tells you what he wants or when he is not happy. No more of the happy-go-lucky 'you can take that toy away from me and I won't care' Nu-Uh. He hates it when you take stuff away from it!

Nicknames:

Gav-Gav, Gavin-poo, Gavy, or bug-a-boo (no sure why on that last one)

Favorite Foods:
WAFFLES! French fries, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, strawberries, bananas, gummies, and cheetos.

Favorite activities:

Swimming. Not the sprinkler or fountains, but swimming.
He loves to go outside, play in the broom/shoe closet, copy big brother,  & throw balls.
His favorite game is the "pick-up game" He loves to pick things up/collect them and bring them to you. This is especially helpful when picking up blocks or puzzle pieces.
He LOOOOVES books. He favorite is the "Doggie" book and if I tell him to go get it, he knows exactly what I am talking about, where to find it, and brings it right to me.

Fun/Cute Facts:

He loves to point at things and mumble full-on sentences
He loves to snuggle his blankets, especially the tags. He moves his blanket around until he finds the tag and strokes it on his face.
He has the best hair ever! Everyone comments on it and loves it! It use to stick straight up all the time, but about a month ago it started to lay down more.
He says "vroom" when playing with his cars (it amazes me how much he understands!)
Every time I take food out of the microwave and bring it to him he automatically starts blowing. Once he even did it for strawberries until I told him it wasn't hot. He understands very well.
He loves to give high-fives and will run as fast as he can to you when you ask for one.
On the other hand, when you ask for kisses he is very select about who gets them... Easton and the picture of Jesus on the wall (which he did all by himself might I add. It was so cute! Makes me think that he recognizes him as his friend and the veil is very thin)
He is still, even though he's more vocal, my happy content little boy. He could sit in a shopping cart or car forever without being fussy.

We love our little Gav-Gav!

Did I mention the awesome hair?

He shovels in his food! I can't stop it, I've tried.

Such a handsome little devil!
