Happy Birthday Hubby!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband!!! He just had his birthday yesterday and turned the big 24! I love him so much. To celebrate Jameson had a party Friday night with a bunch of friends. Thanks to everyone who came and we hope you had fun. BIG BIG THANK YOU to Bryan and Katie for helping me make him an awesome cake. David just had a birthday last weekend and he had two birthday cakes... so Jameson tells me he wants three cakes so he can top David (just like he says we have to get a 50" big screen so he can have a bigger television than Joe.. not gonna happen anytime soon lol). Anyways, I already had the idea of making him a cake shaped like a M&M because he LOVES M&M's.... so we decided to make him four small round cakes shaped like M&M's and they spelled out his nickname JAMS. They looked really awesome!

make a wish!!

Blowing out the candles.. got it all in one even though they were
really spread out. Wont be able to do it once he gets older and older :)
For his birthday on Saturday we went and saw Avatar in I-MAX and 3D. It was a really good movie. Then for his birthday he got a cowboy tie (which I guess he said he cant wear til next season :P), Joe Torre's book the Yankee Years, and some clothes. He said he had a great time!
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE!!! I love you. I am so happy 24 years ago he was born. I believe he was brought here for so many reasons, but the main reason was for me and our family! He makes such a difference in my life and he is such a great example to me. He makes me laugh all the time and loves me for who I am. I LOVE YOU LOVE YOU LOVE YOU BABE! Happy 24th Birthday and many many more to come!

Havent I been patient enough?!?!?!

So I think when we started the process of looking for a house I never thought it would take this long. It has definitely taken its toll on me over these past few months. When we went to Waddell and signed papers on a new build in Cortessa I thought the stress was finally over. Boy was I wrong! This was in October and now its mid January. Then when they hadn't even started building our house, we turned to buying a spec home in the same neighborhood. We are now at the point where once again we are waiting for the bank to accept our offer. I pray and hope this is the last time! I want more than anything right now to be in a house so we can start our family and move onto the next step in our lives. I don't know how much longer I can be patient. Everybody keep us in your prayers that things will move quickly and we can be in the house soon.

Hopefully this is where we will be mid February!!

Disneyland (California trip part 2)

After our fun days at Universal Studios, we went to Disneyland for two days. The first day everyone went except for Katie because she was feeling sick. Also, Brian and Katelyn were only staying for one day so we got all the roller coasters and big rides done on the first day. The very first ride we went on (Splash Mountain) got stuck. We were waiting for like 30 minutes to get unstuck. It all worked out though because all of us got a fast pass ticket for ANY ride and UP TO 6 guests. So basically the whole rest of the day we got to use the fast passes and barely had to wait in line at all... It was AWESOME!! Not only did we have fast passes, but Katelyn also got everyone to give them back to us by flirting and saying "It's my birthday." Hilarious! Then the second day we started out at California Adventures. The new Toy Story ride by the way is freaking amazing. Last time Jameson and I were there it was still being built so we never got to go on it. Anyways, after California Adventures we all tried to go to Disneyland. Long story short, Bryan's ticket was not working and him and Katie ended up not being able to go to Disneyland the second day. They don't know exactly what happened, but they at least got their money back. So for the rest of the day Kal, Ashley, Jameson, and I did some more rides and ate dinner at the restaurant inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. All in all we had an awesome time with some awesome friends.

Universal Studios (California trip part 1)

The day after Christmas we went on an awesome vacation to California with our good friends. The first few days we were there we went to Universal Studios. Jameson and I have never been there before and going with friends the first time is definitely the way to go. Minus Jameson getting sick the first night and throwing up on his way to dinner... our days at Universal Studios were awesome! Here are some pictures from the trip...

HAPPY 2ND ANNIVERSARY!

Today marks the day two years ago when Jameson and I were sealed in the Mesa Arizona temple for time and all eternity. We had to go back to work today so we celebrated our anniversary on Saturday. On Saturday morning we went to the temple to do some sealings. This was our first time since our wedding day and it was an amazing experience!! It helps us remember the special blessings we received when we knelt across the altar two years ago. Later that night we went to Arrowhead mall and did some shopping. Jameson picked out a new hat and I got a new shirt. From there we went and got our first professional massages from Massage Envy! It was AWESOME!!!!! Best gift ever! And then from there we went out to eat. It was a fun-filled day that I got to spend with my wonderful husband.

Two years ago I would have never guessed at the age of 18 that I would meet the most amazing man and be engaged to be married. The past two years of my life have been the best and I could not ask for more. Over this two year time period I have learned a lot about Jameson and men alone. If anyone was wondering what my husband is made up of here you go... 25% Root beer, 25% Egg Nog, 25% Pizza, and 25% M&M's... And when its not the season for egg nog then 50% M&M's. Haha. I love him to death! He keeps me positive and laughing all the time.

Here are some pictures of this past year together...
